No sharing of mobile information for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information sharing described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Service providers. We use third-party service providers to operate our business, including custodians, financial planning software, client relationship management systems, and communications platforms. Where a service provider requires access to information in order to deliver a text message on our behalf, that access is limited to that purpose. Your SMS opt-in and consent status will not be shared with any third party for any purpose unrelated to providing you the services of this messaging program.
Affiliates. Prism Insurance Services, LLC is an affiliated company under common ownership. Your mobile information and SMS consent status are not shared with Prism Insurance Services, LLC, or with any other affiliate, for marketing or promotional purposes.
How we collect mobile information. We collect your mobile telephone number when you provide it to us - for example, through a form on our website, on a printed form at one of our events, or in the course of a conversation with a representative of our firm - together with a record of your consent to be contacted by text message.
How we use it. We use your mobile number to send the categories of messages described in our SMS Terms and Conditions, and to respond to messages you send us.
Your choices. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by any other reasonable means, including by calling us at 228.215.6672 or emailing info@prismplanners.com. We maintain an internal do-not-contact list and honor requests to be added to it.
